Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases
Items purchased online at curatedhomespot.com may be returned or exchanged. For your convenience, we offer two easy return options:
- Return by Mail: You can initiate a return through our Online Returns Center. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the order shipment date.
- Return In-Store: You can also return most items from your online order by bringing them to your nearest Kirkland’s store. Please remember to bring your packing slip or the credit card used for the purchase. Our store associates will be happy to assist you.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in a Kirkland’s store must be returned or exchanged at a store location. Please present your original receipt or the credit card used for the purchase. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Important Return Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchase or order shipment date.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your original receipt, packing slip, or the credit card used for purchase, is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Final Sale Items: Some items are marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on your receipt or on the product page online.
- Special Offers: If your purchase was part of a special promotion (e.g., a “Buy One, Get One” offer), the return value of the item may be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount.
- Return Shipping Fees: For returns processed through our Online Returns Center, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Information
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase once the return is processed.
- Without a Receipt: If you are unable to provide a valid receipt, we may offer an exchange, a merchandise credit, or a refund at the current selling price.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Artwork (wall art and framed prints)
- Decorative accessories
- Lighting fixtures
- Rugs
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our Customer Service team for immediate assistance. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or processing a refund.
